On the one hand, it seems like little 100 grams, but it is during metabolism that your body will be forced to take reserves from the deposits on your flanks and belly. On the other hand, it seems like a lot. In fact, for example, before going to the gym it is allowed to consume some amount of fast digestible carbohydrates from the right foods. Do not be afraid they will not get stuck on the sides in the form of fat, and burn during training.

While on a diet of 100 grams of carbohydrates a day you can not be afraid to snack on fruits and vegetables. Accordingly, you need to choose medium carbs (10 to 20 grams per 100 grams of product) to include – beets, potatoes, sweet apples, grapes, or better with a low content (2 to 10 per 100) – carrots, pumpkins, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumber, lemons, grapefruit, celery, oranges, tangerines. It is allowed to eat foods with a high content (40 to 60 grams) legumes, whole bread. Of course avoid putting in your diet very high carbohydrate foods (from 65 per 100 grams of product) – caramel, chocolate, sugar.

Of course we haven’t forgotten about protein and fat intake. Why don’t I write about counting calories for weight loss. After all, it is easiest to calculate how many calories you need to eat a day to lose weight. Yes you can lose weight, but you will lose:

muscle
Mess up your metabolism by drastically cutting calories
lose control of your hormone levels.

And this will again lead to the accumulation of fat deposits, sooner or later you will lose it. I think the diet of 100 grams of carbohydrates a day is worth trying and feeling the sensations on yourself. Of course the first time may not work, but the game is worth the candles.
